Our Services
This Website was created mainly in order for us to introduce and market our books. However, we know from experience how hard it is to get started as an author when left all to your own. So there are a few services we would like to offer to other indie authors to help out.
These services of course do have ulterior motives, as we also hope to improve our sales and / or our bank account while helping you out.
As indie authors, we know that especially at the beginning of your career you will be chronically short on cash, so we do offer quid pro quo services like writing a review for one of your novels if you likewise write one for us.

Book Reviews
If you are an indie author and you are writing a genre we like to read, which includes all sorts of fantasy, sci-fi or historical novels and if we are not currently overworked reviewing other people‘s works, we might agree to review one of your novels for you.
Note however, that depending on how many requests we receive we cannot review all books offered to us.
We are committed to put the most positive spin on our reviews. But if we don‘t like your book it will mean the review will be neutral. In this case we won‘t destroy you, but neither will we have a lot of praise for you.
Quid pro quo offer: You might get a free review from us if you similarly review one of our novels. To qualify for qpq. you must be an indie author and the work we review must be self-published or unpublished and it must meet the requirements above.

Editing
When we are not busy writing our novels or editing them we may be able to edit yours. Currently we offer this service only for English works of the genre‘s fantasy, sci-fi or historic. This service is exclusive for indie authors, we are not interested in doing underpaid work for a publishing company!
Our current prices* (shown in EUROs, if you pay in a different currency the price will vary according to the exchange rate at the time the contract is made):
Novels up to 500 pages: € 350.-
Novels 501 - 1,000 pages: € 450.-
Novels over 1,000 pages
or a series of novels with
a combined total of no
more than 2,000 pages: € 650.-

Link Exchange
One way to get a greater following is to get greater exposure. And one way to accomplish this is to link to websites of other authors writing in similar genres. This way people who read my novels may also be interested in yours and vice versa.
Banner exchange means you put one of our banners or links on your website and we put one of yours in our links page.
To qualify for our Banner exchange program you must be an author (obviously) and must have your own website (obviously). Further more at least one of your published novels must be fantasy (any type) or sci-fi and intended for a mature audience, so that there is a good chance that we share the same audience.

Advertising Space
Once this site becomes popular advertising on it might become interesting for you. You can rent advertising space on the top of each page except the home page. (Other locations may be made available upon request.)
Like with the rest of our services we want to show solidarity with other indie authors. So, prices will be considerably lower for indie authors than for any other ads.

- 1 month: € 50.-
- 3 months: € 135.- (-10% compared to monthly)
- 6 months: € 255.- (-15% compared to monthly)
- 1 year: € 580.- (-20% compared to monthly)

Our current prices* (shown in EUROs, if you pay in a different currency the price will vary according to the exchange rate at the time the contract is made):
- 1 month: € 150.-
- 3 months: € 405.- (-10% compared to monthly)
- 6 months: € 765.- (-15% compared to monthly)
- 1 year: € 1,740.- (-20% compared to monthly)
